Here’s how I supported go-to-market and post-event content strategy.

Context

Course Hero has an educator community of more than 200,000 high school and higher education faculty. The company hosts an annual education summit where faculty come together to learn from thought leaders in academia. The summit has been entirely virtual since 2020 but has only grown in popularity since then.

My role

  • Spearheaded the development of programming for the Education Summit, creating a dynamic and impactful agenda that engaged educators and industry professionals alike.
  • Authored a suite of persuasive go-to-market materials, crafting messages that effectively captured the essence of the event and spurred significant attendee interest and engagement.
  • Recruited and trained internal volunteers to report on insights that were shared on social media.
  • Fostered a collaborative partnership with the creative team and the event operations manager, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of all event components, from initial concept to execution.
  • Identified and secured a roster of influential speakers who had some of the highest-attended sessions.

Outcomes

Our last summit was our highest-performing Summit to date, with nearly 10,000 registrants and a 98% satisfaction score.
