At the heart of my work is a commitment to customer advocacy. I consistently strive to balance business objectives with customer needs, a philosophy that has guided my approach to content strategy regardless of the medium. My goal is to leverage my storytelling and creative problem-solving skills to create meaningful and positive customer journeys.
Outside of work
When I’m not creating content for work, I find ways to create in my personal life, too.
I research, write, and produce short documentaries on YouTube and TikTok, where I’ve managed to capture the attention of millions of viewers. This success is a testament to my passion for storytelling and my ability to craft messages that engage and inform.
